A clone, Sigma-066 was awakened during an attack by the Crimsonia Knights, but he never received his programmed "orders" from Gizarof?. During the attack, he fled the facility with fellow clone, Lambda-052 while Omega-133 was defeated by the Crimsonia Prince. They weren't out in the world for long before a disaster happened, their master Gizarof? was killed by Randius. Without their master to give new orders, the clones had no more direction in life -- a situation that would change soon when they met Jessica on her way back to El Sallia. A complicated plot ensued which drew in the clones through their ties to Langrisser and The World Tree. The men from Crimsonia needed Alhazard to power their ship and return home. With Böser slain, a new leader rose through the ranks among the demons plotting to gain Alhazard to become a dark god himself. The fifth game returns to El Sallia for the end of a legend. Masayan Reflectionラングリッサーシリーズ最後の戦いとなってしまった第５弾である。最終作にふさわしいシカケがたくさん仕込まれている。戦闘システムもＩから数えて改良に改良を加えてきた集大成。今回は移動→攻撃→移動という、卑怯者である私にはたまらない戦い方ができる。カッコよくいうと一撃離脱戦法だ。Ⅳでも完成されていたのに、さらにその上をいくのだから恐れ入ったものである。ヒロインシステムも、今回は３人も相手にできる。当然、だらしないと相手にされないので用心すること。また、密かな隠しパラメータである活躍度にも注目したい。これが足りないとグッドなエンディングが見れないから大変である。活躍度という名の通り、目立った活躍をしないとだめである。当然、こそこそと動き回るのが好きな私には苦痛なシステムではあるが、裏を返せば人の手柄は全部俺のもの…という生き方も可能なのである。まあ、普通の人はまんべんなく活躍するはずなので、私の心配など微塵も無用ではある。さて、ラングシリーズのもう一つの顔と言えば隠し面なのだが、よくよく考えてみれば、隠し面の主役といえば兄貴しかいないのも事実である。あれだけ有名になったにも関わらず、活躍の場が隠し面しかないと言うところに、世知辛い世の中であることをしみじみと感じずにはいられない。
