Etymology: German, from "Ragin" for "Advice" and "Mund" for "Protector"

A former Viscount of Larcuss and father of Lewin. He is a major strategist and first appears directing the actions of Diehärte in seeking further aid and organizing the refugees from Larcuss. He appears quite a lot, directing the fighting here and there, in the story asides.
