Etymology: From a Jesuit Priest named Camille Torrand
A Baron of Larcuss, who's strategical genius has earned him the title "Strategos." He first appears under siege by General Emaillink, and is rescued by Diehärte and company. He subsequently works with Viscount Raymond to concoct a plan for the refugees of Larcuss.
